The Ely Branch of AAUW and the Ely Rotary Club hosted an Ely City Council candidate forum on September 10, 2026, at the Ely Vermilion Campus. This is a nonpartisan election.
City Council Candidates seated left to right: Josh Brang (absent), Lacey Squier, Al Forsman, Abby Dare, Mark Zupec, and Angela Campbell.
Candidates’ statements (below) were submitted to and printed out by AAUW/Rotary, and then given to audience just before the forum started. Statements were edited for space reasons. Scroll down to read their statements.
