They want to turn Ely into an entertainment mecca for ATV&#8217;s, OHV&#8217;s, and tourists with monies.  They want to turn our Gateway into the Boundary Waters into something like Lake Minnetonka, Minnesota or Jackson Hole, Wyoming or Branson, Missouri.  They say, <em>We have enough natural spaces here within the City boundaries. We have the Boundary Waters, Whiteside Park, and Semers Park.<\/em>  &#8220;We&#8221; refers to people, not all God&#8217;s critters that need adequate water, food, shelter, quiet and safety to survive and procreate. Even those migrating through.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Citizens for Transparency addresses anthropocentric and profit-focused expenditures, planning and development.
